The Royal Palace of Abomey

The museum is composed of several buildings, rebuilt portions of the once grand Royal Palaces of Abomey.
    UNESCO has designated the palace as a World Heritage Site.
    Photographs were not allowed inside; the artifacts were in tender condition.
