This forcefull anti-smoking billboard was lying on the sidewalk. It reads: Le tabac appauvrit la famille. Fumer, chiquer ou priser le tabac c'est brouler son argent et son sante. Tobacco will impoverish the family. To smoke, to chew, or [to use as snuff] tobacco is to burn your money and your health.
